What does the Virtual Marketing Director package include?
We are offering a minimum 3-month commitment, one or more days per month
We will act as an advisor for marketing departments without a senior leader - interim
We can also act as a strategic marketing advisor for Boards without a senior marketing specialist - Non-Exec Director (NED)
We will participate in board, department and team meetings - Virtually
If you require In-person meetings, we can discuss this option for an additional fee for expenses
How does it work?
There is a simple 3-step process before onboarding with us:
Free Discovery call (30 min) to see if we're a good fit
We sign a contract with a 50% payment upfront.
You complete a form with details of your current wants and goals
Upon this we will decide on the following:
Book kick-off meeting (Google Meet/Zoom)
Schedule weekly check-in calls to clarify and refine
